Hot Dog!!!

In honor of the Fourth of July, the boys had a hot dog eating contest. Charlie was the winner with 12 hot dogs in 12 minutes.
We had a great time watching them force the hot dogs down, but we didn't stay

around to watch them all try (and some succeed) to vomit after the contest.

Soon after....Justin decided he needed to get back into working out. HA! He enjoyed his break from Marine Corps PT, but with the encouragment of Major Christian he has gotten his motivation back.

He decided to buy a bike and Major Christian sent him a box of gear to help get him started.

Major Christian competes in Iron Man competitions and has completed many marathons. He is sponsored by Specialized Bikes and Surefire tacticle gear. He raises money for the Semper Fi Fund and runs in memory of SSgt Jay Collado, who was killed in action when Justin and his team were hit by an IED in 2006.
