Congrats Marcus & Tracy!!!!

On January 24th, two of our closest friends got engaged! Marcus set up a private tour of Wrigley Field and popped the question right on home plate! He put togther a great surprise party after the proposal and we can't wait for the festivities to begin!

Look who's 29!

On January 18th, I turned 29. We had a nice dinner at the house with the girls complete with homemade French Onion soup, a big fancy salad and warm crusty bread. Then we celebrated with some cake, which was Aubrie's favorite part. We had a pretty successful family photo taken, thanks to the timer on the camera : )The night before, we went out to dinner at Elvissa, a tapas restaurant in Old Town. Thanks to everyone that came out to celebrate with us. We had a great time, it's good to get away and talk to other adults once in awhile. What better way to celebrate a birthday than sharing food in the company of great friends!
